Our partnership with Parts Today™ and Marcone Appliance Parts has helped increase our parts and accessories sales at all three of our Parts Today™ locations in East Tennessee. Due to this growth, we are currently expanding our Knoxville location to make it physically larger so that we can stock even more parts and offer better service to our customers.
The Parts Today™ program offered us a complete package which not only included the appliance parts, but also shelving, advertising material, and training. Because Parts Today™ and Marcone have the nation's largest parts inventory, we can usually get special ordered parts within one or two business days. Also, Parts Today™ gave us time saving technology via the internet and SwiftLink™ software. Research, current pricing, and availability of parts are now at our fingertips without having to wait on hold on the phone or tie up one of our business phone lines.
